• Choose your engraving style per side: custom message (up to 75 characters), portrait engraving (converted from your photo), fingerprint engraving, or baby hand and footprint engraving

• Mix and match sides — e.g. a portrait on the front, a message or date on the back

• Choose from 6 charm accents — accent star, smiley face, cross, north star, heart, or round accent stone

• A sparkling accent stone set into the pendant itself

• Use a clear, well-lit, in-focus photo — natural daylight works best

• Make sure the subject is front-facing and takes up most of the frame

• For fingerprints and hand/footprints, use a high-contrast ink print on plain paper, photographed straight-on

• Avoid shadows, glare, blurry shots, or busy backgrounds

• Higher resolution images engrave with more detail — please avoid heavily filtered or low-quality screenshots
