Jewelry Care Guide

Keeping Your Jewelry Beautiful

Each piece is handcrafted to last, but a little care goes a long way in keeping it looking as good as the day it arrived.

Daily Wear

  • Put your jewelry on last, after applying perfume, lotion, and hairspray β€” these products are the most common cause of tarnishing and premature wear

  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping

  • Avoid contact with chlorine, salt water, and household cleaning products

Storage

  • Store each piece separately in the pouch provided, or in a soft-lined jewelry box β€” this prevents scratching and tangling

  • Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight and humidity when not being worn

  • For pieces with cubic zirconia stones, avoid storing them touching other jewelry, as harder stones can scratch softer metal settings

Cleaning

  • Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove natural oils and residue

  • For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a small drop of mild soap, gently scrubbing with a soft brush (an old, clean toothbrush works well), then pat dry immediately with a soft cloth

  • Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh jewelry dips, which can loosen bezel settings and damage cubic zirconia stones

A Note on Gold Plated
Gold plated (gold plating over sterling silver) will show natural wear over time as the outer gold layer gradually thins with regular use β€” this is expected and not a defect. Following the care tips above will significantly extend how long the gold finish lasts. If your gold plated piece begins to show its silver base after extended wear, this is normal wear, not something covered under our craftsmanship guarantee.

A Note on Sterling Silver
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time from exposure to air and moisture β€” this is a normal chemical reaction, not a flaw. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will restore its shine.

With the right care, your jewelry is made to be worn and loved for years to come.
