Processing Time
Every piece in this shop is made to order — nothing is pre-made or pulled from stock. Please allow 8-10 business days to handcraft your item before it ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), processing may run slightly longer — any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Processing (8-10 business days) + Shipping 2-5 business days) = approximately 10-15 total business days from order to delivery.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our hands. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update.
International Orders
Prices include taxes and duties. There will be no additional charges upon delivery. However, local duties and taxes may be applied to your package. International buyers are responsible for additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are outside our control. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for [X] days, please reach out and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided by Etsy at the time of purchase. We're not able to redirect or refund packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
